Please note Agenda Papers for a meeting are published 3 clear days (Monday to Friday not including bank holidays) before a meeting takes place. Each Council meeting usually begins at 7.00pm.

Council Meetings are always held on Monday evenings unless the Monday is a Bank Holiday and then the meeting will be held on the Wednesday evening of that week.
If circumstances arise that necessitate changes to this schedule; these will be reported.

Following the Local Government Audit and Accountability Act 2014 the right to record, film and to broadcast meetings of the Council, Committees and Sub Committees is established, but anyone wishing to do so, should advise the Clerk or Chair of the Council, to ensure compliance with KTC's adopted policy to effectively and lawfully manage this activity.
