After much speculation, His Majesty King Charles III arrived at Knaresborough Castle on Tuesday 26 May 2026 - and what an exciting moment it was for our town!

The Castle grounds were buzzing with excitement as people gathered to welcome him, many hoping for the chance to say hello. Residents were absolutely thrilled that His Majesty chose to visit our beloved Castle, and with the sun shining, the atmosphere felt vibrant and full of pride.
