Banners on the High Street

Knaresborough Town Council's Policy states that only our Christmas Light Contractor (Acorn Lighting Services of Harrogate) can place banners over the High Street on our behalf using our catenary wires, please see our policy
You will also need permission from North Yorkshire County Council because the banner goes over a highway & they have the responsibility for highways. Acorn Lighting Services will help with completion of the necessary paperwork.
